Stock Products
- "Off Our Shelf to Yours"
With
over 300 in-stock product choices, Flambeau has the most extensive
selection of injection boxes and heavy-duty blow molded cases for applications
in every industry. Most products are in-stock and ready-to-ship. Express Service™
and Blue Diamond™ programs make it easy to order with no minimums and/or
low quantities with custom printing. Any non-stock items are marked with " " and are available through scheduled production. Although all of our cases are
available without foam, many blow molded cases are available with foam. We use
two-pound polyurethane convoluted foam in the lid and flat foam in the base (as
shown). When the case is closed, lid and base foam touch to hold parts securely.

In-mold Decorating
*Injection or blow molded products
A revolutionary new and popular
process that is quickly replacing the application of labels and other decorating
processes, in-mold decorating provides an incredible opportunity to decorate large
or multiple areas with confidence of quality. This process allows us to apply
a graphic label(s) robotically while in production. The result - better product
presentation with guaranteed straight, crisp, clear graphics that are impervious
to most chemicals, peeling, bubbling, cracking or falling off all together. |

Engraving

We use lid and base inserts
on our stock and proprietary products. This allows you the flexibility to insert
a custom engraved company logo and/or design plate on one or both sides of your

Hot
Stamp Labeling

Hot stamping
is a very common and economical way of getting your product
customized. Stamping typically is done in a single color,
but can be as many as three colors. Best results are on a

Labels

Although quickly being replaced
by in-mold labeling, adhesive-backed labels can be added to most products in a
post-mold secondary application. Should you choose this method over another method
of decorating, we can offer a number of suggestions to help you in this process.

"cores" or interiors can be tooled at the Flambeau Technology Center™
for every product Flambeau manufactures. This is an excellent cost-effective alternative
to foam or thermoformed inserts for high-volume requirements. Flambeau's design
