Terms: Net 30 days with previous credit approval, or credit card.
Shipments are FOB plant, freight collect.
NOTE: Prices, terms and specifications are subject to change without notice and shall be those in effect on the date of shipment of each item. A late payment charge on past due invoices will be assessed at 1.5% per month. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Flambeau Packaging Solutions Division.

Minimum Orders and Custom Purchases

Flambeau Express Service™ will accept any order value with NO minimum requirements. However, a $25.00 handling fee is assessed for order below $150.00. The Express Service blow molded product line is exempt from this fee. Flambeau requires most products be shipped in full carton quantities. This helps prevent damage during shipping.

Shipped From Stocking Location

Express Service Catalog lists a "Ship From" location. Flambeau generally stocks and ships these products from the following US locations: OH-Middlefield, Ohio; IN-Columbus, Indiana; NC-Weldon, North Carolina; CA-Redlands, California.
All shipments are FOB plant unless otherwise specified.

Merchandise Guarantee

1. Flambeau products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Flambeau's Packaging and Storage Systems Division or
its appointed representative reserves the right to examine all merchandise claimed to be defective before allowing any returns
or issuing any credits. All claims must be presented within 60 days of invoice date. Claims over 60 days will not be honored.

2. No returns of any kind may be made without prior written approval from the factory. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to
all merchandise returned and must be shipped prepaid. Call 800-344-5716 (440-632-1631) or fax your request to 440.632.1581
to obtain a Return Material Authorization number for return of defective product. Returns made without a Return
Material Authorization number will be refused.

3. Defective product must be shipped back to the designated Flambeau factory freight collect via a Flambeau-specified
carrier. Customer will be charged for freight differential if a Flambeau-preferred carrier is not used for claimed defective returns.

4. Flambeau does not authorize or accept the return of discontinued product, nor do we accept the return of customer
overstocked merchandise.
