You shall indemnify and hold Flambeau harmless from all claims, demands, damages, costs, fines, penalties, attorneys' fees and all other expenses arising from your failure to comply with this provision and/or applicable export control laws and regulations.

Any action seeking to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be brought against a party in the state or federal courts located in the state of Wisconsin.You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts in any such action.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
